From the start these guys have been great. Justin gave us a great price and was very interactive and answered all our questions and concerns. The team that worked on the roof arrived Monday at 7am and where done the next day at lunch time. This is a 7000sqft roof. So what they did was exceptional in the time they did it. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. Justin was a great help and was at the house multiple times to ensure things were going according to plan. Overall perfect service. When Damon arrived, had an accident, breaking water pipe. He took full responsibility, spent 10-hours repairing, and took our towels to clean. Roofers came on time, did repairs, cleaned up after themselves. All good on a not easy repair. Thorough job; team emphasized guarantee on work.

The office staff members I spoke with were friendly and helpful. They worked with my personal situation and assured me that I would have my new roof installed in time to meet an insurance deadline. This company really followed through and exceeded my expectations, completing my roof in one day. I’m very pleased with the work done and the customer service I received. CB Roofing is professional and always willing to help with your roofing needs. I recently encountered some damage presumably caused by a squirrel or other small animal; a cover on a vent was needed and the company immediately responded and accommodated me. I highly recommend them.

From a storm We had that Damage our roof, CB Roofing gave us a great service from the day of the roof inspection all the way to and through the roof installation. I was home to watch the installation and repair of damage to the roof and they did an great job. I have and would recommend CB Roofing to my friends and family. Shout out to Justin for answering questions and concerns we had through this process.

I met with Joe Huntley in October 2020 for a roofing estimate. The existing roof was 18 years old and was basically good but showing wear. I received 4 different estimates. CB Roofing was pretty comparable in price to the other estimates although not the lowest. The product and warranty from CB roofing when picking the platinum plan was the best of all of them. Joe was friendly, informative, professional and easy to talk too. I had some unique needs including the need the vent new bathroom exhaust fans through the roof where none had been before. Joe assured me that the roofing crew would handle this and they did. I was very happy to have Joe to work with on this project. I couldn't decide right away on the roof because I was looking at making some structural changes and CB Roofing gave me the additional time I needed before deciding. I signed the contract just before Thanksgiving and the roof was installed about 5 weeks later (the time I was told to expect). Christie in the office handled payment and install and handled questions I had about roof inspection and wind mitigation reports. Everything with the office went smoothly and the roof was installed in early January. I spoke with the head roofer the day of install and explained the need to cut holes for the new bathroom exhaust vents. They took care of this and the roof looks great. I'm very happy with the result. The roof passed inspection and there was a follow up for an inspector to prepare a wind mitigation report which has saved me almost $400 on my homeowners insurance. The only area for improvement that I can think of would have been for the roofers to let me know before they left what they discovered when they removed the old shingles. I was told later that the roofers had to replace 9 sheets of plywood due to rot, but it would have been nice to hear from them about the condition of the roof under the old shingles (where was the problem area, was it just dry rot or was there evidence of water penetration). I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.

Was very pleased. When i called they came out called the next day and a few weeks later the came out installed the gutters and did the roof. There guys worked finished and cleaned up but they were very polite and neat. will be using them in the future.

I found 2 leaks in our tile roof just before Christmas, called our builder who directed me to CB Roofing Construction. In the midst of the Christmas holiday's they made every effort to work with us. I sent pictures and they were able to provide an estimate via email. It was very reasonable, they scheduled a date (communicated several times prior to arriving), arrived on time and completed the job within the time frame stated. I will not hesitate to call CB Roofing again if the need arises, and I would recommend this company without hesitation. We were very pleased with the entire process.

CB Roofing Sales Representative, Justin Mead, was the deciding point for us in making a decision as to which company to go with to replacement our roof. He was on time, extremely personable and went out of his way to explain the process, material options (with samples) and was extremely thorough. Other company representatives, while pleasant, did not come near with the amount of information needed to make an informed decision. Thank you Justin! Also, the crew was punctual, pleasant, answered my questions, and were quick. The work is not contracted out, but done by CB Roofing trained staff They cleaned up as the work progressed as well! The office staff, were also very pleasant to deal with. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyway wishing to have any roof work done. Very professional.The only drawback is the dumpster is staying in my driveway through the weekend. No Saturday pickup.Barbara B.

Justin Mead was the representative who helped us out, he went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and to make us feel comfortable with the entire process. Same thing with our project coordinator Christie, very friendly and professional each and every time I called the office. Roof looks amazing. I’ve had many compliments from neighbors. Crew made sure everything was nice and cleaned up before leaving. Definitely recommend CB Roofing.

Roof repair done matching with rest of roof so that you cannot see where the repair was (unless you are a professional in roof repair). CB Roofing arrived the day of the job. They were very courteous and hard working. They were very respectful of my property. A man walked around the property all day long with a magnetic sweeper picking up nails and debris and keeping the property clean. I was very impressed with how much work they accomplished in one day and had everything done.I would definitely recommend this company for anything you need for your home. They use high quality products and answer any questions you have immediately by phone or email.

Considering the condition of the roof, got a good price for the roof and gutters which house did not have before. Crew arrive at appointed time and got right to work and did a great job. My only issue was the dumpster was dropped off on Friday and stay in my drive over the weekend, very inconvenient. Otherwise a job well done.

I did my research before hiring this company even though they were highly recommended by a friend. I read reviews and checked with the BBB and was pleased. Mike was my sales person. His quote was fair (as I did get others) and itemized with no surprises. The crew arrived on time and took care around my turf, landscape and yard. I did have a couple of questions regarding the installation and an area around my chimney. Both Bri and Zuri responded immediately, put me in touch with a supervisor and the tweaks were addressed. I would use CB Roofing again.

CB Roofing company did an excellent work on my storm/wind damaged roof.Damon was the specialist that worked with me. Very courteous and professional.
